Poste et missions:
At Bouygues Construction Australia, we’re dedicated to the design, construction, finance and delivery of innovative projects across civil infrastructure, buildings and energy & services.
As members of the Bouygues Construction group, a global network of more than 50,000 people working in over 80 countries, we’ve been working in Australia for more than 25 years. We've delivered many successful projects to date, including the Sydney Airport Link (T2 Airport Line), NorthConnex or WestConnex 3A.
We are seeking a Junior Procurement to join our dynamic team at Culcairn Solar Farm in New South Wales.
Key Responsabilities :

1. Organizes local and international purchases for sites.
2. Follows up orders to ensure that these operations comply with conditions imposed and follows up the logistics.
3. Establishes all the documents necessary to ensure efficient purchasing.
4. Obtains and analyses calls for tender and prices from suppliers, essential for negotiating conditions and purchase price.
5. Records the calls for bid in a database.
6. Seeks out the best prices and helps the Purchasing Manager
7. Proposes and quantifies technical solutions, puts the plant/equipment into use and ensures its maintenance.
8. Participates in consultation with suppliers.
9. Finds out about and proposes latest technical developments of materials and plant/equipment and then proposes them.

Profil

• Master’s in management, Purchase, procurement
• Previous experience in the Construction
• Methodical, organised and meticulous with common
sense
• Strong Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to critique, recommend and implement.
• Initiatives that seek efficiencies either from a process or systems perspective
