Bouygues Energies & Services - T&D is hiring: Financial Project Controller (M/F)

Job Description: As a Financial Project Controller, you will be responsible for the efficient and reliable financial management of our projects within our German branch, as well as ensuring compliance with internal and legal procedures.
 
Under the supervision of operational managers, you will be responsible for monthly financial control, cost budget monitoring, estimation of Results at Date, branch reporting, and various other tasks related to financial control and daily accounting.
 
Responsibilities:
 
? Project Financial Control:
 
Monthly project closure.
Cost budget control.
Estimation of remaining costs in collaboration with operational managers.
Monitoring of project progress.
Monitoring of client invoicing.
Monitoring of project and branch cash flow.
 
? Daily Accounting Relationship:
 
Invoice management.
Salary monitoring.
VAT declaration.
Branch corporate tax.
Inventory entries.
 
? Activity Portfolio and News/Plan:
 
Preparation and presentation of activity portfolios.
Presentation of financial progress points.
 
? Management of an Administrative Apprentice:
 
Management of SAP commitment (creation and monitoring of purchase orders).
Verification of compliance and financial health of suppliers.
Updating comparative tables of purchase offers.
Ensuring local implementation of group procedures.
 
? Financial and Contractual Monitoring:
 
Monitoring of project guarantees and treasury in connection with cash flow.
Cash flow monitoring: client invoicing, payment requests, client payment monitoring, and supplier/subcontractor payment.
Contractual: monitoring of client and subcontractor contracts.
Implementation and monitoring of insurance policies.
 
Location: Position based in Germany with occasional travel to France.

Profile Required:
 
? Education: Bachelor's degree in finance or equivalent.
? Languages: Fluent English & French, knowledge of German would be a plus.
?️ Tools: Knowledge of SAP would be an asset.
