With 3 exciting rotations across multiple countries, this program gives you hands-on experience on real-world infrastructure projects while developing the leadership and technical skills needed to thrive in an international environment.
Your role and impact: Would you like to work on one of our major construction sites? As a Graduate Engineer, you will take ownership of key responsibilities on-site, ensuring the success of large-scale infrastructure projects. Your mission:✔Organize the worksite from setup to completion✔ Monitor contractual and financial management of projects✔ Manage performance and ensure project milestones are met✔ Lead and collaborate with teams on-siteWith Colas Finland on the Microsoft Data Center Project, you will help drive cutting-edge construction solutions in a high-tech environment. Who are we looking for?: Degree in civil engineering with a passion for engineering, infrastructure, and sustainability.Curious and adaptable minds eager to take on real challenges and embrace diverse cultural experiences.Fluent in English and/or French (additional languages are a plus).Geographically mobile – Open to relocating internationally for assignments.
