 The Equans Solar & Storage brand, operated by Bouygues Energies Services,continues to expand its battery and storage activities and is looking for a new BESS Project Manager.BESS Project Manager
Responsibilities
- Project Management: Define the appropriate organization, lead, coordinate, and monitor projects as a whole. Ensure the follow-up of deadlines, budgets, planning, resources, and physical progress.
- Central Point of Contact: Act as the main point of contact for all internal and external project stakeholders.
- Structuring and Formalization: Define the project's structures and operating rules (methods, management tools, etc.).
- Purchasing: Create purchase requisitions (services and subcontracting).
- Team Management: Facilitate progress meetings with clients, partners, and suppliers.
- Cross-Functional Management: Manage cross-functional and multi-technical project teams.
- Performance Monitoring: Define project performance indicators (quality, cost, deadlines).
- Reporting: Regularly report information to your manager.
- Commitment Fulfillment: Guarantee the PAT (project completion time) and margins.
- Customer Satisfaction: Build customer loyalty towards projects.
- Global Vision and Technical Expertise: Ability to switch between a helicopter view and an in-depth analysis of technical details.
- Contract Management: Mastery of contract management, legal analysis, and ability to make clear decisions with expert support.
Required Profile
- Education: Master's degree in Engineering or a technical field (e.g., electrical engineering).
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience in EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction) projects in high voltage and/or renewable energy in an international context. A bonus would be previous experience with battery energy storage system projects.
- Team Management: Ability to manage multidisciplinary and multi-technical teams.
- Management Tools: Proficiency in management and planning tools.
- Languages: Fluent in English and French.
