We design, develop and deploy our Navineo solution, a robust Computer Aided Dispatch / Automatic Vehicle Location and real-time passenger information system that support transit operations in achieving operational efficiencies and offering a greater passenger experience.

Ineo Systrans USA Inc. is seeking a talented Project Manager to manage existing and new project as well as support to our US-based clients in the field of Intelligent Transportation Systems and CAD/AVL.

Overview
The Project Manager is responsible for the accounts entrusted to him/her, which he/she is
tasked with developing. He/she leads a dedicated team and manages interdepartmental relations with otherstakeholders at the company. He/she is responsible for ensuring adherence to methods, regulations andsafety rules. 
He/she is also responsible for all account and sales activities of its clients.
 
Duties
 
Participation in the creation and submission of bids and in bid review meetings.Production of new business documentation, jointly drafted with the System Manager.Consolidation of the budget with the System Manager and confirmation of technical costing.Production of management documents (Quality Management Plans, Health & Safety Plans, etc.).Financial monitoring and production of monthly reports.Preparation of monthly progress meetings.Establishment of and updates to the general fulfillment calendar and the work schedule.Identification of and negotiations with the subcontractors and suppliers needed for project fulfillment.Establishment of subcontracting agreements, in collaboration with the Legal and Purchasing Department.Launch of purchases from suppliers, in collaboration with the Purchasing Department.Tracking of subcontractors and suppliers.Co-leadership of project technical progress meetings with the technical teams.Communication of needs to the Industrial Department, along with the project general calendar and specifictechnical constraints.Scheduling and leadership of monitoring meetings with the Industrial Department and production of meetingminutes.Scheduling, preparation and leadership of client progress meetings.Provision of access to the equipment required for development work and approvals.Management of installations and monitoring of on-site equipment.Responsibility for the safety of his/her teams and project sites.
 
 
Profile
 
B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering or Electrical Engineering or related field
PMP certification highly desired
5+ years’ experience as a Project Manager in a technical or engineering environment with a focus on delivering projects to external customers       with a focus on deliverables that have direct ties to revenue.
 
Skills
 
Computer skills, including MS Office Suite, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook as well as ability to learn new software programs
Ability to build and lead teams.
Must be highly organized with the ability to look at problems analytically and be creative in solving problems.
Must be adept at time management and have the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Superior communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and work with teams across all levels of the organization, especially with external clients.
