The Colas International GPS (Graduate Program Scheme) is a 2-year international program designed for ambitious graduates ready to make an impact in the construction industry.With 3 exciting rotations across multiple countries, this program gives you hands-on experience on real-world infrastructure projects while developing the leadership and technical skills needed to thrive in an international environment.Your Role et ImpactWould you like to work on one of our major construction sites?As a Graduate Engineer, you will take ownership of key responsibilities on-site, ensuring the success of large-scale infrastructure projects. Your mission:Organize the worksite from setup to completionMonitor contractual and financial management of projectsManage performance and ensure project milestones are metLead and collaborate with teams on-siteJoining Colas Belgium on one of following projects Sainctelette (center of Brussels) ,Dudenpark Vorst or Kleinenbrogel (Military airport in view of the arrivel of the F35 combat fighters) - If becoming a key player in the field motivates you, you're on the right track!

Who are we looking for?: Degree in civil engineering with a passion for engineering, infrastructure, and sustainability.Curious and adaptable minds eager to take on real challenges and embrace diverse cultural experiences.Fluent in Englishand/or French(additional languages are a plus).Geographically mobile – Open to relocating internationally for assignments.
