ERAS supports manufacturers in the success of their projects for All Trades missions in pre-projects, overall project management (EPCm) and turnkey (EPC) in various sectors of activity such as agri-food, pharmaceuticals, chemistry & energy.
 
Your mission :
As a Technical Leader in boilermaking, you integrate teams within the framework of all trades projects of the APS / APD / EPCM types in the fields of chemistry, petrochemicals, oil, gas and agrochemicals.
In this context, your missions are as follows:·        Monitor one or more boilermaking batches with equipment such as : reactors, columns, silos and hoppers, storage tanks, spheres, filters, separators, balloons, heat exchangers, etc...·        Coordinate with other technical services (project, purchasing, process, security, general installation, flexibility calculation, civil engineering & structure, instrumentation, electricity, construction) and with the client·        Carry out mechanical pre-sizing of boiler equipment using analytical calculation and/or finite element tools·        Prepare the documents which are part of the call for tender and which are included in the technical specifications: datasheets / technical specifications, guide plans, particular specifications (including the description of the supply, technical requirements, etc.)·        Analyze the technical offers sent by equipment suppliers and carry out the necessary technical clarifications in order to align the technical offers with each other·        Prepare technical comparison tables to help the client select the supplier·        Prepare the documents that are part of the order·        Carry out technical monitoring of suppliers after ordering by ensuring that the documents issued by suppliers are available on the contractual dates, by checking their compliance with the specifications included in the order, by disseminating the necessary information to other technical services and collecting their comments, transmitting the comments to suppliers, and ensuring that the comments have been integrated into the suppliers' documents·        Carry out the various inspections of equipment at suppliers before delivery to the customer site·        Provide support during construction and plant start-up activities. 
You may be required to manage engineers/technicians on large projects, and to travel to customer industrial sites or suppliers.
 
The integration of Quality, Health, Safety and Environment concerns into projects undertaken from the design phase is necessary when carrying out this mission.
 
Your profile :
With higher education or engineering school, you have acquired significant experience of at least 5 years in industry (boilermaking calculations, analytical methods/finite element methods) in the petroleum, chemical, agrochemical field you have a good knowledge of ATEX environments.
 
Very good knowledge of the norms and standards relating to the equipment mentioned above (ASME, TEMA, EN, CODAP, AD-2000, CODRES, API 650, etc...) as well as general knowledge relating to the various related technical fields, such as the piping, the instrumentation, the structure, is necessary.
 
You have a good practice with tools MS Office and MS Project.
 
Your English is Fluent.
