A Structural Challenge:To support this ambition, the international mobility of our employees is a major challenge at the core of Bouygues Construction's HR strategy.The Corporate Human Resources Department is strengthening its team by recruiting an International Mobility Manager to lead Bouygues Construction Group's international mobility policy, define mobility packages aligned with the needs of our operational entities, ensure their effective implementation among HRBPs, and guarantee compliance with current regulations. Diversified missions:Reporting to the Director of Compensation & Benefits, you will be in charge of all international mobility topics:Define international mobility policies: build and/or analyze existing policies and propose improvements to meet the current and future needs of our entities.Collaborate with stakeholders: work in partnership with HR, Legal, Finance departments, and managers to provide solutions to complex challenges concerning immigration and international mobility.Manage risks and ensure compliance: proactively identify immigration-related risks, oversee audits, and anticipate regulatory changes.Coordinate international mobility projects with a significant impact on HR team activities and employee and family experiences. Could It Be You?We are looking for someone with a builder’s spirit, excellent interpersonal skills, adaptable to different cultural environments and changing contexts.You have over 8 years of experience in an international HR environment, familiar with immigration procedures, taxation, and international employment legislation.Solution-driven approach, you excel at overcoming obstacles and driving progress.Attention to detail and strategic thinking, you see both the big picture and the details.Strong knowledge of international mobility regulations.Proficiency with HR information systems and tools.Ability to work collaboratively and lead projects.Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken: you speak English fluently and have a basic knowledge of French or wish to develop it.
